Refund policy

At Ton of Madness, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer easy returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES :
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15–30 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be:
  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • With original tags and packaging intact

Both T-shirts and hoodies are eligible for return or exchange. Products damaged due to customer misuse will not be accepted.

2. FREE RETURN SHIPPING :
We cover the return shipping cost. You do not have to pay anything extra to send items back. Please contact our support on WhatsApp (+91 7339384566) to initiate a return or exchange.

3. REFUND OPTIONS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 working days. You can choose:
  • Full Refund – credited back to your original payment method, OR
  • Store Credit – issued as a coupon code that can be used for future purchases.

4. EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange for a different size or style, we will ship the replacement once we receive the original product back. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Currently, all our T-shirts and hoodies are returnable. However, if we introduce customized or personalized items in the future, those will be non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, the order will be treated as a return.
