2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES :
We sell ready-made T-shirts and hoodies. All product images on our Site are for reference purposes only; actual colors and prints may slightly vary.

3. ORDERING & PAYMENTS :
Orders can be placed exclusively through our website www.thetom.in. We accept all major payment modes via Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Orders are processed only upon successful payment confirmation.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY :
We ship orders across all of India.
Average delivery timeline: 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Shipping is free for orders above ₹3,000. For orders below ₹3,000, standard shipping charges may apply. While we ensure timely dispatch, delivery delays may occur due to courier or logistical issues. We are not liable for such delays.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES :
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15–30 days from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
Return Shipping Cost: Paid by us.
Refund Options:
• Full refund to the original payment method, OR
• Store credit for future purchases.
Both T-shirts and hoodies are eligible for returns/exchanges.
Customized items (if introduced in future) will be non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. PRICING & TAXES :
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change at our discretion. Discounts, offers, and coupon codes may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on www.thetom.in including designs, logos, images, product photographs, and text are the exclusive property of Ton of Madness. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY :
We are not responsible for:
• Variations in product color due to screen settings.
• Delays in delivery caused by courier/logistics partners.
• Any misuse or improper handling of our products.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
