At Ton of Madness, we aim to deliver your T-shirts and hoodies quickly and reliably across India. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. SHIPPING COVERAGE :
We ship orders to all states and cities across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINES :
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Average delivery timeline is 5–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES :
Free shipping is available for all orders above ₹3,000. For orders below ₹3,000, standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.

4. ORDER TRACKING :
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp to track your shipment. You can also reach out to us at +91 7339384566 (WhatsApp) for delivery updates.

5. FAILED DELIVERIES :
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES :
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier and either re-ship your order or issue a full refund.
